Jeff Kuchta

       Jeff has been with All American for over 10 years. He started out shoveling snow while he was in high school. In the following years he worked as a landscaper, which progressed to a crew leader. After that, he took on the role of a small engine mechanic assistant. While working at All American, he earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management from The College of New Jersey.

       With his degree and experience, he is now working in the office as the Assistant Manager. Jeff oversees the daily operations of the Building Maintenance and Landscaping divisions as well as the day to day administration tasks. In the winter months, he is in charge of the company's snow removal process, which is mainly focused on the 1400+ condominium community of Great Gorge Village in Vernon, NJ. 

       Jeff remains focused on expanding the company and maintaining positive relationships with all current clients.
