I have been an owner and resident of a condo at Great Gorge Village for approximately 20 years. Over the years, I had to call upon All American in many ways to do repairs on the outside of my condo building, the grounds, and various things inside of my condo. Simply put they have always been FRIENDLY. They took my concerns seriously and the work was always done at a high level. If anything needed to be changed or corrected, they would not hesitate to do so.
I would definitely recommend their services if you live at the Stonehill Condos, it's a no brainer. I have had work done a number of times (interior and exterior) and each time the work was performed as scheduled and with good quality. Communication with the office was easy and the prices are reasonable. Sometimes when I am not home, I can just leave the key with their office and they just do the work and clean up nicely. Plus they guarantee their work for a year. It's like having a contractor/handyman service within the gates.
When we undertook our massive project we elected to go with All American. The incredible job they did is just one side of the story. When we met to discuss the project we gave them a broad idea of what we liked and then left it to them to pick out "all" of the landscaping and they NAILED IT! What a professional job that in the end looks like it has been there for years.
